eh... its in the top ten

Kinja'd!!!

all that weight on the back wheel and me leaning back to hold it there made for a pretty interesting handling bike trying to wheelie on every bump

anyhoo... traded it in for one slightly smaller one i had to take home

i called a taxi.... bollocks to doing that again

I used to transport PCs (in a cardboard box) on the back of my bike all the time, when I was a student. I built them myself and sold them on ebay, but I had no car. So how to get them to the postal office after they were sold? Anyway, one day I not only had a PC on the back, I also had a big plastic bag on my handle bar. I had one hand on the PC to keep it steady.

Somehow, the plastic back got in my front wheel and I fel l quite badly. A broken collar bone was the result. I was 20 back then and am 36 now. Still have the crooked bone to prove it. I kept transporting computers on the back of my bike for at least 3 more years, but never with anything on the handle bar any more.

That seems less sketchy than a Christmas tree (even a small one). Especially given that with some straps or even some twine, it feels like you could attach the microwave to the rack pretty securely.

the racks lenght is barely over half the width of the box.... was a pain in the arse holding it there..... straps would have helped

christmas trees are easy now ive figured out i can have it over one shoulder and resting on the handlebars

Oh no, you need a Ram 3500 dually with a 6" lift   to transport that.

You could always try to build your own out of scraps. That’d be less sensible and you’d get a trailer probably.
